Fuegos de Apalta in Colchagua Re-Open 2020


We are pleased to announce that Argentinian celebrity chef, Francis Mallmann’s has reopened Fuegos de Apalta for visitors.

Their menu is created around the simplicity of the best products of the Colchagua Valley and other emblematic parts of Chile. The focal point of the restaurant is the open fire pit used to roast and smoke different dishes ranging from meats, vegetables and fish.

If you’ve never been here, the setting is magical, the food amazing and of course, the wonderful selection of wines on their menu.

To ensure safety, they have put the following measures in place.

— Temperatures will be taken before entering the restaurant
— Name and Identification will need to be provided
— Physical distancing is required at the reception area from others waiting to be seated
— Hand washing and use of masks is mandatory when entering the restaurant
— Staff will be available to help with any requests
— Masks must be worn at all times except for when you are seated at the table
— All payments will be electronic; no paper bills.

For now, they will be open Thursday to Sunday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
