With near-perfect weather and blue, sunny skies during most of the year, hiking in Colchagua Valley is a great alternative for wine lovers looking to take a break from the tasting rooms to spend time enjoying the great outdoors.

Colchagua is home to rolling hills, scenic views including the Andes mountains and sprawling vineyards.

Some of the vineyards have an ideal landscape perfect for hiking which is recommended in the morning because of the intensity of the sun.

While there are many places to hike on your own, here are some of the wineries that offer organized trekking programs.
